Overview:
Our DeltaWMS Batch Reports is an old function in DeltaWMS, and as a result, it can cause problems with the batch reports not sending out.
We have a more reliable and functional way of sending out reports, which is by using the Task Centre application.
🤓Tip: If you would like to consider using the Task Centre application for Delta reports, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to review your current circumstances and discuss this further with you.
In the meantime, if you haven't been receiving any batch reports, please get in touch with support and confirm what batch reports you are not receiving, and for which customer.
