Unable to search full number via Pre Receipt Pool

Overview

This has been a known issue that has been raised with our Development team and should now be fixed in later versions.

As a workaround to this problem, move the column in question to position 5 or greater. Then the search filter will allow all characters entered.

  1. Click Sort

  2. Select the Column in question

  3. Click the Down arrow on the far left hand side

  4. Click OK
