Overview

If your cursor doesn't align with the area you're clicking in DeltaWMS, it's usually caused by your Windows display resolution settings. This guide shows you how to check and adjust your resolution to fix the issue.

You might notice that when you try to click an icon, such as Pre receipt, the icon highlights but your cursor doesn't reach it. This prevents you from using DeltaWMS effectively.

Check your display resolution

DeltaWMS works best with a display resolution of 1920 x 1080. Higher resolutions can cause alignment issues.

To check and adjust your display resolution, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Start menu.

  2. Type Display Settings in the search bar, then click Display Settings.

  3. Look at the Display resolution setting.

  4. If the resolution is higher than 1920 x 1080, click the dropdown menu and select 1920 x 1080.

  5. Click Keep changes to confirm the new resolution.

  6. Log out of DeltaWMS, then log back in.

Your cursor should now align correctly with the buttons and icons in DeltaWMS
