Disable the On Hold function on scanners

What to do if you need to bypass the On Hold function when using RF scanners in DeltaWMS.

Overview

The On Hold function cannot be disabled on RF scanners or within DeltaWMS settings. However, you can bypass this step during scanning operations.

Bypass the On Hold function

If you don't need to use the On Hold function during your scanning process, you can skip it.

To bypass the On Hold function:

  1. When you reach the On Hold prompt on your RF scanner, press the Tab button.

The scanner moves to the next step in the process.

📌Note: You can still put products on hold using the PC version of DeltaWMS if needed.
