πŸ“ŒNote: If there are outstanding tasks, this will not let you complete the receipt or the order until they have either been completed or removed.


How to delete the tasks

In order to delete the tasks, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Task pool.

  2. Select the Task Type Putaway

  3. Enter in the goods in number in the transactions white filter box.

  4. This will show all task for this transaction number. If you need to delete them select one of them

  5. Then press the Delete button

  6. If you tick the option to delete all for that goods in, this will delete all for the goods in receipt number.

You will then be able to book in that receipt number.
