Overview
Multiple users can work on the same goods-in order simultaneously, but different rules apply to pre-receipt and putaway tasks. This guide explains how to enable multi-user processing.
Process pre-receipt with multiple users
More than one user can process the pre-receipt stage of a goods-in order at the same time without additional configuration.
Process putaway with multiple users
To allow multiple users to process putaway tasks simultaneously, you need to adjust your task parameters.
Follow these steps:
Open RDT Control.
Click Maintain Task Parameters.
Clear the One Operator, One Transaction checkbox.
Click Save.
Multiple users can now process putaway tasks for the same goods-in order.
📌Note: If only one putaway task is available, users cannot access it until the receipt is finalised.
