Purchase order not returning from WMS to Dimensions

What to do when your purchase order or pre-receipt has been fully processed in Delta but hasn't returned to Dimensions' Putaway screen for stock receiving.

Overview

When you've fully processed a purchase order or pre-receipt in Delta, the file should automatically return to the Putaway screen in Dimensions so you can receive the stock. If this doesn't happen, you'll need our support team to run a script to resolve the issue.

To resolve this issue, you need our support team to run a script. Raise a new case through our online support portal, ensuring that you provide the purchase order or pre-receipt number.
