Stock stuck in RCV on the Warehouse Map.

Why is my stock stuck in RCV status? Stock is stuck in RCV status. How do I make this available?

When stock is stuck in RCV status, this would indicate the receipt hasn't been finalised.

To resolve this:

  1. Open Task Pool then change the Task Type filter to Receive.

  2. In the Transaction column, enter the receipt number.

This then shows the receive tasks in complete status. This means the receipt needs to be finalised on the hand held device.

To do this:

  1. Log into the hand held device then navigate to Select Transaction - Receive.

  2. Enter the receipt number then click OK once in receive tasks.

  3. Click F2 then click Yes to close the receipt.

  4. Click Yes to finalise the receipt.

The receipt now can be put away through the confirm goods putaway screen.

To do this:

  1. Click Confirm Goods Putaway then amend the good intype to either GI or RT.

  2. Click the magnifying glass to find the receipt number then click OK.
