On occasion, you might find that there is some stock that is stuck in an incorrect status, such as:
ADV - Advised
TRAN - Transfer
This will need to be raised to our support team for further investigation.
What to do next
Please raise a new case with us on the portal, and provide details of the stock that is not available, e.g. Location Code, Pallet Reference, and we will be happy to investigate further.
