This article explains where to find the filtering tools and how to use them.
Where are the filtering tools and how to use them.
The filtering tools can be found at the top of the map and include the following capabilities:
Filtering can be done by Customer and Products
By right-clicking the totals in the top right, a breakdown of the stock status is displayed to see if the stock is advised or on transfer.
The advanced filter finds the stock with specific attributes or from a particular receipt or advised on a despatch.
The show me button on the map will reorient to the location the stock is in.
Right-click in a location, on a stock line, to get a breakdown with further information about that stock.
Right-clicking on a location gives a submenu. This is where the user can create stock checks, maintain areas and add the location, or a range of locations, to a report.
All this can be used to get more out of the map.
