If your orders aren't importing through FTP and files are moving to the Backup folder, you can troubleshoot this using the Import Export Exceptions Log. This article explains how to identify and resolve the issue.


Check the Import Export Exceptions Log

Before raising a support case, check the Import Export Exceptions Log in Delta for error messages. This log will show you why the orders aren't importing and whether there are any issues that need fixing.

  1. Open the Import Export Exceptions Log in Delta.

  2. Review any error messages displayed.

  3. Fix any errors identified on your side.
