What to do when despatch files aren't being created for your confirmed orders in DeltaWMS.

Overview

If your confirmed orders aren't generating dispatch files (PickExports), this is usually caused by the Import/Export engine stopping. This article explains how to check for exceptions and what to do next.


Check for exceptions in the Import/Export pool

The Import/Export pool may contain exception logs that explain why the engine has stopped.

  1. Open the Import/Export pool.

  2. Review any exception logs.

  3. Check if the error message clearly identifies the issue.

If you can identify and resolve the issue from the exception logs, the Import/Export engine should resume creating dispatch files once restarted.


What to do if you can't resolve the issue

If the exception logs aren't clear or you can't resolve the issue:

  1. Note any error messages or exception details.

  2. Raise a new support case online.

  3. Reference this article and include the exception details in your case.
