Check for exceptions in the Import/Export pool
The Import/Export pool may contain exception logs that explain why the engine has stopped.
Open the Import/Export pool.
Review any exception logs.
Check if the error message clearly identifies the issue.
If you can identify and resolve the issue from the exception logs, the Import/Export engine should resume creating dispatch files once restarted.
