Overview
You can add flat rate charges to customer accounts in DeltaWMS. These charges are automatically applied to invoices each week. Follow these steps to set up your flat rate charges.
β οΈImportant: Test all flat rate charges on your test system before applying them to live accounts.
Add a flat rate charge
Click Setup, then click Maintain Accounts.
Open the account you want to add a flat rate charge to, then open the Invoicing section on the left.
Select the Flat Rate section, then click the plus (+) button.
Type the flat rate code in the Flat Rate field.
Type the flat rate description in the Flat Rate description field.
Type the price in the Price field.
Ensure the Change From date is appropriate for when you want the charge to start.
Click Update to add the flat rate charge.
Click OK.
The flat rate charge is now added to the account. When you create an invoice for this account, the charge will be automatically added each week.
