Change the site for an order in DeltaWMS

Steps to delete an order created on the wrong site and recreate it on the correct site in DeltaWMS.

Overview

If an order has been created on the wrong site in DeltaWMS, you'll need to delete the order and recreate it on the correct site. This article shows you how to delete the existing order and recreate it with the correct site details.

⚠️Important: Deleting an order removes it permanently. Ensure you have the order details before deletion so you can recreate it accurately.

Delete the order from the wrong site

Before recreating the order on the correct site, you'll need to delete the existing order.

  1. Open the Order Pool.

  2. Select the order that is on the wrong site.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. Type the order number, then click OK.

The order is now deleted from the system.

Recreate the order on the correct site

After deleting the order, you can recreate it on the correct site.

  1. Create a new order using your standard process.

  2. Select the correct site when creating the order.

  3. Complete the remaining order details.

Your order has now been created on the correct site.
