Overview
This error is caused when, in the Invoicing section of a customer account, the invoicing rule is blank rather than set to something.
To check and resolve this, follow the steps below:
On the Setup tab, click Maintain Account.
Open the required account.
In the Invoicing section, click Miscellaneous.
Set the Rental Rule to what you require this to be, e.g. changed Weekly or by Highpoint.
To save, click OK.
Once set, run the charges again.
