Overview

This error occurs when generating charges and is caused by the system reaching the timeout limit on the Delta Components.

Increase the timeout setting

To change the timeout setting on the Delta Components:

  1. Open Control Panel.

  2. Click Administrative Tools.

  3. Double-click Component Services.

  4. Double-click the Computers folder.

  5. Right-click My Computer and select Properties.

  6. On the Options tab, edit the value in the Transaction timeout field. The default will be 60 seconds, but this can be increased. The recommended value is 600 seconds.

  7. Click OK

Log back into DeltaWMS and try generating charges again.
