What to do to fix this?

In the Windows search box, type in Component Services
Click on the grey arrow against Component Services in the left-hand menu panel
Click on the grey arrow against Computer.
Right-click on My Computer.
Select the Properties option.
Click on the Options tab.
Set the Transaction Timeout to 600.
Click on the grey arrow next to My Computer.
Click on Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
Right-click on Local DTC
Click on the Security Tab
Make sure all the tick boxes are ticked, and No authorisation required is selected
If the above steps are set up correctly, check the TPW.ini file located in Program Files (x86) and the DeltaWMS folder. The timeout should be set to 6000. If the customer also has the XML Schemas Folder, check the TPW.ini file in the Windows Folder.
๐Note: If you are hosted with us and run the Delta Application from our hosted servers, and you find it's affecting all users, please raise this with our Delta Support team, as we will need to check these settings.
