Overview:

You might come across this error when generating charges:

This issue is caused by the system reaching the timeout setting on the Delta Components. The default will be 10 minutes, but this can be increased.

To change the timeout setting on the Delta Components, you can do this by following the steps below:

  1. On your computer, open Control Panel

  2. Click Administrative Tools

  3. Double-click Component Services.

  4. Double-click the Computers folder

  5. Right-click My Computer and select Properties

  6. On the Options tab, edit the value in the Transaction timeout field. The default will be 60 seconds, but this can be increased. The recommended value is 600 seconds.

  7. Click OK
