Using scanners in the pick and pack screen

The pick and pack screen does not link to the RF scanners.

We do have many sites that use the pick and pack screen with smaller hand-held scanners, that they plug in directly to the PC using the standard USB connection. It may be worth you are having a word with your hardware providers to see what they recommend.

Once a hand-held scanner has been connected via USB to that machine, this can work with the pick and pack screen.

You can scan the order number / reference to load up the order, then you can scan the products that have been picked, so they can be packed.
