If you need to use the RF scanners in the pick and pack screen, this article advises you on how to do this, and what it does.
What it does, and what I need to do
We do have many sites that use the pick and pack screen with smaller hand-held scanners, which they plug in directly to the PC using the standard USB connection. It may be worth you are having a word with your hardware providers to see what they recommend.
Once a hand-held scanner has been connected via USB to that machine, this can work with the pick and pack screen.
🤓Tip: You can scan the order number/reference to load up the order, then you can scan the products that have been picked, so they can be packed.
