The Pick Pack option can be enabled per user.
Open Delta
Select the User Maintenance tab at the top of Delta,
Select Maintain Operators option.
Find the user that needs this option, go down the list to Goods Outwards section,
Find Pick and Pack.
If this has a red cross, double click on this to change this to a green tick.
Press OK to save.
Log off as this user, then log back in, this option will now show on the Home tab in Delta.
