How can I work out which RF user completed a pick transaction.

Overview

In order to work out which RF user completed a pick transaction, It is possible to view which RF user has done what.

To run the Task History Details report, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Reports.

  2. Expand the Report folder.

  3. Expand the RDT Reports folder.

  4. Select Task History Details.

  5. Click Run.

  6. Select the Site, a Start Date and Time and an End Date and Time.

  7. If you want to filter this for a user, this can be selected in the RDTUserProfile section.

  8. Click Preview. This will show you all of the tasks completed within that time frame.
