Overview
In order to work out which RF user completed a pick transaction, It is possible to view which RF user has done what. This article explains more.
What report do I need to run, and how do I view it?
You can view which RF User has completed a pick transaction, or anything else, by looking at the Task History Details report.
To run the Task History Details report, please follow the steps below:
Open Reports.
Expand the Report folder.
Expand the RDT Reports folder.
Select Task History Details.
Click Run.
Select the Site, a Start Date and Time and an End Date and Time.
If you want to filter this for a user, this can be selected in the RDTUserProfile section.
Click Preview.
This will show you all of the tasks completed within that time frame.
