Overview

When you preview a completed Positive Adjustment Note, you may notice the date and time shown above the order information are incorrect. This article explains why this happens and how to resolve it.

Why the date and time may be incorrect

If you adjusted stock onto an existing pallet, the system asks if you'd like to keep the date of the existing stock. If you selected yes to this question, the note displays the original stock date rather than the date you completed the adjustment.

Resolve the incorrect date and time

To correct the date and time on your Positive Adjustment Note, you'll need to contact Support.

Raise a new support case and include:

  • The title of this article

  • A screenshot of the note showing the incorrect date and time, or the note number and the date it's displaying

Our Support team will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
