If tasks have disappeared from a pick and nothing has been picked against it, you may need to investigate who deleted the tasks. This information isn't available through the standard DeltaWMS interface.
Request deletion information
To find out who deleted tasks, you'll need to contact our support team directly.
Raise a new support case and include:
The title of this article
Details of the affected pick
The approximate date and time the tasks disappeared
Our support team will investigate the deletion history and provide you with the information you need.
