Delete a haulier code

Steps to remove a haulier code that hasn't been used in your system.

Overview

You can delete haulier codes from your system if they haven't been used. This is useful when codes were created in error or are no longer needed. Once deleted, the code is permanently removed.

⚠️Important: You can only delete haulier codes that haven't been used. If a code has been used in any transactions, you won't be able to delete it.

Delete a haulier code

To delete a haulier code, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Setup tab, then click Hauliers.

  2. Next to Hauliers Code, click the magnifying glass.

  3. Select the haulier code you need to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

You'll see a message confirming the code has been successfully deleted.
