Access receive tasks using a goods in reference

Steps to log in to receive tasks on RF scanners when you have a goods in reference but don't know the Delta Goods In Number or account details.

Overview

You can use a goodsin reference to quickly access receive tasks on your RF scanner. This is helpful when you don't know the Delta Goods In Number or the account details. Follow these steps to log in and start processing your receive tasks.

Access receive tasks with a goods in reference

To access receive tasks using a goods in reference, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the scanner, then click Transactions.

  2. Click Receive, then select Unpalletised or Palletised (depending on your task).

  3. Click the arrow down to skip the No field.

  4. Click the arrow down again to skip the Acct field.

  5. Enter the goods in reference, then click Enter.

  6. Click Enter once more to access the tasks.

The system automatically populates the Goods In Number and the account details.
