If you find that there is an incorrect pallet booked in on the receipt, or the Pallet reference is missing, this will need to be investigated by support.
What to do next?
Please raise this with Delta support, and provide the Pre-Receipt number, and if possible, include the Pallet reference that is missing. Alternatively, if a pallet reference is incorrect, then please let us know which pallet ref is incorrect, and what it needs to be changed to.
