Replenishments are going to the incorrect location

Why are the replenishments going to the wrong place?

Overview

In order to check the Pickface area and the area itself, follow the steps below.


To check the Pickface Area for this product:

  1. Click Setup, Product Details, Maintain Products.

  2. Open the Product in query.

  3. In the Location Details section, under Pickface, select the Site.

  4. On the right, you will see the Area Code set for this product.


Now check the Area:

  1. At the top of Delta, click Maintain Area.

  2. Make sure the correct Site is selected.

  3. Enter the Area Code set to the product

  4. On the Locations tab, if the Start and End locations are not correct, simply enter the correct ones.

  5. Click OK to save.

The next time this creates a replenishment, this will go to this new location.
