DeltaWeb - Unlock a disabled account.

How to unlock a disabled account on DeltaWeb.

If you ever get a DeltaWeb account locked, you will be able to unlock the account with your Admin account by following the steps below:

  1. Log on with a DeltaWeb admin account

  2. Click User Maintenance:

  3. Select the account and click Edit.

  4. If the Disabled box is ticked, the account will be locked. To unlock this, untick the Disabled box.

  5. Click Save. This account will now be unlocked once more.
