When logging onto the scanner, if you come across a message similar to below:

Staylink
Session Start Failed
Code: eSP004
No TE Seats Available

If you are noticing this, this message means that there are no more sessions/seats available. For example, this means that Staylink is currently configured to have 6 sessions/seats, and all 6 are currently being used. But to be sure, this will need further investigation from the DeltaWMS support team to confirm this.

Please contact the support team, referencing this article, and, where possible, please include a photo showing the error in question, and how many devices you are currently using
