Amend an incorrect dispatch date on a pick list

What to do if a pick list shows the wrong despatch date after an order has been dispatched.

If a pick list shows an incorrect dispatch date after you've dispatched an order, this can affect your customer's figures and charges. Our Support team can amend the date for you. To request a despatch date amendment, raise a new case with our Support team.
