What to do when your consolidated picking list report shows no data after orders have been dispatched.

Overview

If your consolidated picking list report appears blank after you've dispatched orders, this is expected behavior. The report only displays orders that are currently in the picking stage.


Why the report is blank

The consolidated picking list report is designed to show only orders that are actively being picked. Once orders move to the dispatched stage, they no longer appear on this report.

This is working as designed and ensures the report focuses on current picking activities rather than historical data.
