Order dispatch information incorrect

Dispatch information does match what has been physically dispatched, or Dispatch note is incorrect. Whichever it is, this article explains what to do, and any information that may be needed.

Overview

If you notice that the Despatch note is incorrect or the information doesn't match what has been physically dispatched, there could be many reasons why this could be the case, i.e the Product Code could be blank.

To identify the cause of the issue, this will need further investigation by Delta Support; therefore, please contact us, and let us know the Order number as well as the exact issue.
