Support cannot make changes to Delta functionality, as these modifications affect both the Delta application and RF systems. Product changes must be reviewed and implemented by our Product Management team.
If you need to request a change to Delta, such as extending the character allowance in batch fields, you'll need to raise a case with our team.
Request a product change
To request a Delta product change:
Go to your My Access Portal.
Click Support, then click Raise a case.
In the case title, include "Delta product change request".
Describe the change you need and explain how it would benefit your operations.
Click Submit.
Our Product Management team will review your request and contact you about next steps.
