Support cannot make changes to Delta functionality, as these modifications affect both the Delta application and RF systems. Product changes must be reviewed and implemented by our Product Management team.
If you need to request a change to Delta, such as extending the character allowance in batch fields, you'll need to contact support. Please see request a product change for the next steps.
