Overview

If you're trying to export the Physical Stock report for all customers to Excel and see the error messages 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' or 'Export Failed', this article explains why this happens and how to resolve it.

Why this error occurs

This error appears when you're trying to export too much data at once. The system cannot process the large volume of information in a single export, which causes the download to fail.

Export your Physical Stock report

To successfully export your Physical Stock report, you need to split the data into smaller exports. You can do this by:

  • Exporting data for one customer at a time.

  • Filtering by specific date ranges.

  • Selecting smaller subsets of stock items.

⚠️Important: There is currently no way to export the complete Physical Stock report for all customers in a single download due to the data volume limitations.
