Overview
You can control how many records display in your DeltaWMS report screens and search functions. This helps you manage system performance whilst ensuring you can access the information you need. Follow these steps to adjust the display limits.
⚠️Important: These settings apply across your entire site, so any changes will affect all users.
Change display limits
You can adjust the maximum number of records shown in specific areas of DeltaWMS by following the steps below.
Click Warehouse Parameters.
Click the Maximum Records to Display tab.
Update the relevant fields:
Goods IN Note To Re-Print – Controls the number of results shown in the magnifying glass for all goods in reports, including Pre-receipts and Putaway reports.
Goods Out Note To number – Controls the number of records shown in the magnifying glass for Goods Out reports, including pick note reports and despatch reports.
Account to Display – Controls how many accounts appear when you click the magnifying glass in the Account Code field within the Maintain Account screen.
Products To Display – Controls how many products appear when you click the magnifying glass in the Product Code field within the Maintain Products screen.
Click OK to save your changes.
📌Note: If you enter zero in any field, the system will display all records. However, this could affect system performance as the system will search all available records. We don't recommend setting the Goods in and Goods out fields to zero.
