If you are receiving this error when you are trying to receive a receipt.
This could be due to the pallet being booked in already existing in the system, but with a different pallet type.
Receiving this error when loading a receipt into Confirm Goods Putaway?
Usually, this error means that there could be an incorrect pallet type at the time of receiving products, but this needs to be confirmed by Support.
