No storage charges generated on an invoice, only handling charges

Why are handling charges not being generated on an invoice?

If you are finding that you are not getting any storage charges being generated on an invoice, and only handling charges, this will need to be investigated further by Delta Support.

Therefore, please do get in touch with us, and if known, please include the Customer Code, Charge Group ID, Pallet ID and Pallet Type.
