What is an FTPS Account?
FTPS stands for File Transfer Protocol Secure, and is used to transfer files. In the DeltaWMS world, this can be used to transfer Pre Receipt files, Order Files, Pick Files, etc, to name a few, and these can be set up in such a way so that customers can see these, or to have them transferred into DeltaWMS.
FTPs account is not connecting. What to do next
In order to resolve the account not connecting to the FTP service, Support will need to run some tests. Please get in touch with Delta Support, including the following details.

The FTP account details that you use to log in, i.e. Username, Host, Port.
Where applicable, include a screenshot of the error that occurs when you try to connect to the account.
