Your DeltaWMS licenses are now being monitored by Delta Support, so you no longer need to worry about your license expiring.
What happens if I can see that my license is due to expire?
It shouldn't come to that, but for any reason, you get a warning message upon logging in. It might say According to your registration details your software licence expired on DD/MM/YYYY. Please email:

If this does come up, please contact the Access Despatch team using the email provided, and quoting ref beginning with DW.
What do I do when I receive the License from the Access Despatch team?
You should receive an email from the Access Despatch team with a file type of '.licx. Once you have these, please follow the steps below:
Save this to the computer's desktop. Then complete the following instructions:
Open Delta
Click on Status
Select Upload License
Select the Licence File from the desktop where it was saved to
Select Open
Press OK
Restart Delta
The license should now have been successfully updated. If you have any issues, please contact support, and we will be happy to help you further.
