Before raising this with Delta support, please ask your IT team to check that the VPN and Ports are open between the local site and the hosted Staylinked server.

Once the IT team confirm this, and you are still having problems, please get in touch with us, and confirm that the VPN and Ports are all open, and please also include a photo of what you can see on the RF guns.
