Overview
Within the Product Details screen, there are two tick boxes that need to be ticked in order to utilise this functionality. This article will provide you with the steps on where this is.
What tickboxes to look for and where?
To check the settings in Product Details, follow the steps below and see example of where to find this:
Open the Product Details screen under the Setup tab on the Ribbon bar
Click on Maintain Products
Filter for the ProductCode
Tick the Hold and AutoHold tick boxes
Click on Apply
Click OK
Click OK
Select Yes
Click OK
🤓Tip: If you tick the Autohold box, this should automatically tick the Hold box. If it doesnt then ensure this is ticked before you move onto steps 5-9.
