If you are trying to remove stock from hold, you can remove stock from hold by following the steps below:
Log in to DeltaWMS
Click on the Setup tab and search for the product by either typing in the product code or clicking on the magnifying glass
Make sure the product that you would like to release from hold has an account populated against it. If there isn't an account type in the account code or click on the magnifying glass
Click on the Stock Maintenance tab and click on Release Stock from Hold
Populate the Account code.
Once you have followed these steps, if you still cannot remove the stock from hold, please raise this with Delta Support, and include what stock you are trying to remove from hold, and any error or general messages that could be preventing you from doing this.
