Overview
Sometimes you may need to remove stock from hold. This article can provide you the steps on how to resolve this problem, if you find you are unable to remove the stock on hold.
How to remove the stock on hold
If you are trying to remove stock from hold, you can remove stock from hold by following the steps below:
Log in to DeltaWMS
Click on the Setup tab and search for the product by either typing in the product code or clicking on the Magnifying Glass
Make sure the product that you would like to release from hold has an account populated against it. If there isn't an account type in the account code, or click on the magnifying glass
Click on the Stock Maintenance tab and click on Release Stock from Hold
Populate the Account code.
Once you have followed these steps, the stock should now be removed from hold.
