Why to I get the following message in the goodsout confirmation screen? 429 Active x component cannot create object

Overview

The message is saying the system is having an issue creating the report, and it could be down to the Haulier label.

If there should not be a Haulier label, to turn this off, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Setup tab at the top of Delta.

  2. Click Hauliers, Haulier Code

  3. On the Export tab, clear the Export Label checkbox.

  4. Click OK to save. You will now be able to dispatch this order without asking for the additional information.
