If you are seeing an error similar to this one here:
The message is saying the system is having an issue creating the report, and it could be down to the Haulier label. This article will provide you with the steps you need to turn this off.
How to turn Haulier Label off
If there should not be a Haulier label, to turn this off, please follow the steps below:
Click the Setup tab at the top of Delta.
Click Hauliers
Then populate the Haulier Code
On the Export tab, clear the Export Label checkbox.
Click OK to save.
You will now be able to dispatch this order without asking for the additional information.
