If you are getting system performance issues that are not related to an outage, please contact support and provide as much information as possible on the performance issues you are having:
Please provide screenshots of any error messages appearing
Whether it's affecting just the DeltaWMS application, RF Guns or both
Whether this is impacting all users across all sites.
When you first noticed the issue. (Please include the date and time)
Confirm that there are no network issues with your network provider, and ask your IT to check the VPN and ports.
πNote: If you are an on premise customer (running the application from your server on site and not on Access Hosted servers), we can only recommend that you raise this issue with your Internal IT in the first instance, as they will need to reboot your servers, which should resolve the performance issues.
