Overview
Sometimes a Task Centre job will fail, from issues such as reports failing to send out, to Import Export Jobs that fail, which could be run by a Task Centre job.
What to do next?
If you are having issues with a Task Centre job, please alert us and let us know the following:
The Task Centre job or the Task Centre process that needs reviewing,
When you last received the reports or Import/Export
Once we have this information, we will review it and come back to you with an update as soon as possible.
