You may be seeing a message similar to below that could be preventing you from sending a report for DeltaWMS:

What does this message mean, and what can be done to fix it?
That message from the attachment is saying that Delta could not find an email client to send the email. Sometimes this will be because Outlook is not open; if Outlook is not open, this will not work.
Please ask your IT team to make sure that Outlook is set to be the default email client.
A temporary workaround is to click Save. Then send an email directly from Outlook and attach the saved file. Most of the time a re-boot of your computer will fix this.
