How do I amend the batch report format to Excel?

I need to amend the format of a batch report from PDF to Excel. How do I do this?

Overview

If you need to amend the format from PDF to Excel for a Batch report, the steps below will help you achieve this:

  1. Go into Stock Maintenance

  2. Click Reports

  3. Drop the + icon for Shared

  4. Drop down BATCHES

  5. Right-click the report you need to amend and click Amend

  6. Click Detail and in Destination Type, amend to Excel File

  7. Click OK, then click Apply Batch, which will save the batch report.
