How do I set how many Despatch notes are printed at despatch?

You can set how many Despatch notes are printed at despatch, this can be done per account.

  1. Open the Account Maintenance screen.

  2. Open the Account.

  3. Select the Goods Outwards tab.

  4. Under where the Goods Out report is set, there is an option titled: No of SSD Despatched Note to print.

  5. The number set here, will print out that number of despatch reports when confirmed.

  6. If some customers need 3, set this here.

  7. Press OK to save.
