In order to unlock your Access-hosted portal account:
Go to the Access-hosted website portal.
Click ‘Unlock Account’.
Enter your username.
Click Continue.
This will then send you an email.
When you receive the email, follow the instructions in the email to unlock the account.
If this doesn't work, please contact Delta Support and inform them of the username you log into the Access-hosted portal and the email address, as they may need to raise it with the Hosting Team.
